Beaumont House St. Judes, Plymouth

Beaumont Student House is a well established student share house registered with Plymouth Uni grade A and is situated in the most beautiful part of St. Judes almost opposite St. Judes church and only a few yards from the lovely Beaumont Park with its many trees and squirrels. The Uni and town centre are only 5 minutes walk from the other side of the park. Read, relax in the park go to Uni!
This grand up-market Victorian house has many original handsome features and is very spaceous. Large rooms, lounge, two kitchens, utility room, two bathrooms/showers and toilets, patio.
Each room has hi-speed broadband (the latest fastest cabled modem) hard wired Ethernet sockets besides WiFi, TV plus licence. A cleaning service is provided. Each student has own contract.
The existing students are from UK and China, 2nd. and 3rd years doing international history and marine studies. They are a happy sensible group who tell me they are willing to share with either sex and any nationality. Wow!
