There is a shower room with toilet and wash basin and a large bathroom with bath with shower over, basin, WC. There is a small decked terrace with chairs and table for enjoying drinks al fresco!! The garage has been decorated and carpeted and is fitted out as a games/recreation room with Pool table, Dartboard, easy chairs etc and is a great place to relax in after a hard day's work!!! The utility area in the garage has a washer and dryer.
Rent is £425 per calendar month including all bills, ie council tax, water, gas, electricity, wifi, TV package and weekly cleaning of communal areas. There is on-street unrestricted parking on the roads at the rear and side of the property, and also across the road.
