The room is on the ground floor with a large bay window to the front of the house, room size 12’6” x 15"9” into bay. The room has neutral decor and is tastefully furnished with pine double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers and shelving. There is only one other bedroom on this level of the house so it is very quiet.

Conveniently located in the pleasant Millbridge area near Victoria Park, with easy access to the city centre, University, and railway station. The house is non smoking throughout. Parking is unrestricted in the area, and it is always possible to park nearby. The house has gas central heating and double glazing.

I enjoyed the roof terrace in summer, it has lovely views and privacy, great for sitting in the sun and chilling with a book.
