Beautiful Double Room in Stunning Central House

We are an eclectic group of students, looking for a new friend and housemate for the next academic year.

Our house is an astonishing, large Victorian house less than 5 minutes walk from the centre of town, and 10 minutes walk from Mutley Plain. Beaumont Park is just across the road (as is the pub!), and there is a large amount of nearby on street permitted parking.

We have 6 bedrooms (all doubles), a large open plan kitchen/living space. We have 2 large bathrooms (both with bath - one is a roll top - and shower) and one separate toilet.

Your room is on the ground floor of the house, it's a light and large room with views over the front garden.

Water is included in the rent, but utility bills are paid by the housemates quarterly (usually works out between £5 and £10 weekly.) 60mbps internet, and Tv is also shared monthly.

The landlords are personal friends, and all problems are sorted quickly and efficiently.

We have both front and back gardens, and the back garden is adorned with historic statues, looking into a tranquil patio/garden space.

We are a very house-proud lot, this is such a beautiful house that keeping it clean is really important to us. You won't find a more beautiful student house in Plymouth!
