Hello there, thanks for taking time to read my ad for a housemate.
I am letting out my spare room which is newly decorated , light and airy.
The house has a large kitchen/dining area with patio doors leading to the enclosed rear garden. It is in a nice quiet residential area with good transport links. There is off road parking and gated access to the rear garden which comprises of a small lawned area, patio and washing line.
I am looking for a tenant who will be respectful of my privacy as I will of theirs. I have an old Yorkshire terrier who spends most of his time sleeping now and doesn't cause any bother to anyone.
I work long hours and am in and out 7 days a week so rarely home. I am easy going and won't lay down many house rules. All bills are included in the rent. You are welcome to have broadband installed if you would like it.
