Double room availible in first floor two bed flat with own entrance £85 per week inc all bills.
Seeking a mature, considerate, trustworthy person to occupy my spare room. It is a generous double room which currently has a kingsize mattress in but unfortunatley no base and also a book case. The room is very bright and airy getting sun most of the day and has recentley been redecorated with new curtains and has laminate flooring.
On street parking, main bus route every 15 mins to city centre.
I have a 4 year old springer spaniel so occupant must like dogs! I also have a cat but he mainly lives outside.
Two weeks rent in advance and £150. 00 deposit required.
