Double room available in a warm, clean and tidy 3 bedroom house, to share with the owner who is female.

The property is in a quiet area, with parking on a drive. The house is within walking distance of local amenities, on the main bus route to Plymouth City centre, the University & Derriford hospital with easy access to the A38. It is within a 5 minute drive of Derriford Hospital and the University of St Mark and St John.

There is a lounge complete with Freeview T. V. The kitchen is modern, with gas hob, electric cooker, washing machine and dish washer and there is a separate dining room with table and chairs. There is a decent sized private garden.

All bills are included (electric, gas, internet, water, etc.)

I am looking for someone who is easy going and considerate of others.

The rent is £100 per week payable in advance. The Deposit is four weeks rent i. e. £400. Short lets considered, sorry no children or pets. Only females need apply please.
