The house also benefits from Virgin Media 100Mb fibre optic broadband so everyone can stream their favourite TV shows etc without constant buffering!

As for me, well I'm quite a sociable person but I'm not a maniac chatterbox and Matt (an existing housemate) is pretty much the same! I also have a 10 year old Black Labrador dog who loves people and is very well behaved.
