Very close to the centre and the uni, with 6 rooms in total, 2 med doubles are available, but not for long! 2 x showers + 2 x toilets eat-in kitchen and nice lounge. All our rents are fully inclusive with NO other charges – inc. hi-speed bb. We ask for £250 deposit to DPS and we’ve never had to hold any back.
We have vacancies as all but 2 of our students presently there finish their courses soon. We have plenty of recommendations and we’re happy to put you in touch with our present and previous tenants if you are from overseas and cannot view before booking. We are owner landlords who keep our properties well-maintained and act on repairs/renewals quickly. We aim and succeed in running a small value-for-money letting business which won’t rip-off tenants!
We can be flexible with moving in dates, but all tenancies are 43 week (10 months)only – summer availability is at a low rent.
