The house is fully furnished, including most items that you would need in the kitchen, including fridges, freezers, washing machine and cooker. You would only need your bedding, clothes and personal items to move in. There is a flat screen TV provided in the lounge.

A double room is £85 per week and a single room £70. This includes gas, electric, water, TV licence and fibre optic broadband. The deposit is one month's rent. This property is only available to students.
