3rd year students looking for one more person

We are 3rd year students who have one spare room in our house. The room is of very decent size, double bed, desk and large wardrobe. The house contains a very large living room as well as a kitchen which has recently been completely redone. Both the bathrooms have also recently been renovated. We have no particular preference on what type of flatmate we are looking for, all of us are fairly laid back spending a lot of our time together in the kitchen or living room. However going into our 3rd year at uni we will also be spending a fair amount of time doing uni work.
