Large Victorian terrace house in St Judes. Conveniently close to the city centre, University and local shops with free unrestricted parking right outside the front door.

We have all 4 rooms coming available in September. Due to different circumstances all of our house mates are moving out around the same time, 2 will be finishing masters degrees in September and have found jobs in other parts of the country and my girlfriend and I are moving away too!

There are 2 middle sized double rooms available at £90per week or £390pcm, both available at the end of September. There is a smaller double room available for £80per week or £350pcm also available at the end September and finally a large double room available for £100per week or £433pcm in early September.

I own the house and have lived here as a live in Landlord for the last 3 years but the time has come for us to move on, we can be flexible on dates depending on when people need rooms and have a fairly laid back attitude. The house has been well maintained and is decorated neutrally throughout.

All the rooms have nice solid wood furniture with a double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside table with drawers. (Desks can be available if needed)

The house comprises of a large communal lounge with a large corner sofa, TV (with Virgin) and an open fireplace, spacious kitchen diner with dishwasher, 2 fridge/freezers and plenty of cupboard space, utility room with washing machine, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom with shower and bath. The house also has a courtyard garden and gas central heating.
