Lots of open plan shared living space, with a south facing courtyard at the rear. There is cycle storage in the half cellar under the house. The area is quiet and friendly.
House mates range from late 20's to late 30's and are all out going, out doorsy, slightly arty, fun loving peeps.

The house is double glazed, broadband, gas central heated, log burner, and wrapped for insulation. There is a washing machine and the bed and mattress is really good :-)
This is minutes from major bus routes, close to the a38 and about a 15 minute walk to the university.
