I have hhuuggee double room to rent in a spacious house near Freedom Park in Lipson, Plymouth.

We are only looking for quite, honest, tidy and reliable people to move in as this is NOT a party house.

We do accept couples and are open minded about accepting mature students and those on LHA.

Sorry, no pets of any kind allowed.

Located just a stone throw away from Freedom Park, the house is close to the city centre which is just a 11 min stroll away.

Local shops are just 7 mins away and local buses that take you both into town or out to Derriford / Marjon's are just a 5 minute walk from the house.

The house itself has recently been refurbished so everything is fresh, clean and has that new feel!

There is a nice communal lounge, a shared kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms and 2 wc's, to make sure you don't get caught short if one bathroom isn't free.

The current tenants are a friendly, sociable mix of men and women (aged 20-32) that either all work full time or are SERIOUS students (hence the no party house request).

ALL BILLS are included in the rent, which also includes super fast 350Mb internet from Virgin, making it easy to plan your budget!

We have several schemes to help you move in but typically you would need to pay one months rent (£415) in advance plus £150 deposit. No other fees apply.

The room available is a large sized double, fully furnished and is ready to move into straight away for the right person!
