We have a small double room available for £80per week or £350pcm. The current tenant can move out from now so the room can be available as soon as is needed.

The room has nice solid wood furniture with a small double bed with storage under, chest of drawers and bedside table with drawers. There is hanging space in the room and a further wardrobe on the landing. (A desk can be available if needed)

The house comprises of a large communal lounge with a large corner sofa, TV (with Virgin) and a decorative open fireplace, spacious kitchen diner with dishwasher, 2 fridge/freezers and plenty of cupboard space, utility room with washing machine, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom with shower and bath. The house also has a courtyard garden and gas central heating. The house has been well maintained and is decorated neutrally throughout.

There 3 other house mates are all female professionals in their mid 20's.
