Flatmate Required Plymouth

Hi i am looking for someone to share my flat with me. I am a professional hard working 50 year old normal man and i don't mind sharing with a male or female.
There is a £50 deposit your rent of £360pcm is inclusive of all bills so very cheap living for someone.
You can buy your own food or we could share up to you.
I rent the flat and if you wanted i could put you on the tenancy agreement.
I have not long moved into the flat and am currently decorating but your room is ready.
Its not a palace but it will be when i have finished.
I like a good laugh so someone with a good sense of humour would be great.
I have a small dog who is very cute.
There is central heating and WiFi available and a desk in your room.
I will except a couple but we would have to negotiate the rent as there would be obvious additional costs.
I will aslo except a single parent with one child but you would have to share a double room.
You will have the run of the flat and can treat it as your own.
I am close to the university and the town centre 5-10 mins walk.
