I have a double room available in Mutley area. I recently left University and moved back home so i am now not using the double room. It is shared with five other girls who all go to Marjon University and are on Sports related Degrees.
The double room comes with a double bed, desk & chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe and shelving. The room is a decent size.
There is two toilets and showers which have all recently been refurbished. Large kitchen with two freezers and fridges. The living room has a TV with freeveiw.
The girls who already live their are very friendly. The house is with 'A home after Halls' which is a student letting company.
It is a contracted house so you will have to sign a contract which lasts until July 2015.
