Urgent: Large Double Room In Shared Student House

One half of the bedroom, all furniture shown is included

Unfortunately moving out due to personal reasons. House will be shared with 3 clean and considerate female students, 2 of which at the Art College and one at Marjon.

The bedroom is very large, fully furnished and very spacious. It is very light and has huge windows. There is a student work space and all furniture is shown in photographs. There is a good size wardrobe and chest of drawers, faux leather bed with memory foam mattress and small bedside table.

The living room is on the first floor to give bigger bedrooms to the students, has a faux leather sofa bed, one chair and flat screen tv with freeview again see photos.

Kitchen is a very good size and has a dining dining area not shown in images. There a lot of storage space for food, pots and pans etc, large fridge freezer, cooker with gas hob and electric oven. The utility area has a microwave and great washing machine.

The house is situated in Lipson, a 10/15 minute walk to Drakes Circus and the University. There’s a brand new Aldi a 5 minute walk up the road and Mutley Plain is 10 minutes away. There is a corner cooperative food shop down the street.

There’s permit parking on the road outside, permits purchased from the City Council for £30 for one year. Or the street parallel has free parking which you can access from the alleyway out the back of the house.

The house is beautiful, has all recently been renovated. It’s very warm and cosy and very homely. I would be staying if it wasn’t for personal reasons but I hope you’ll love it as much as I do. I’m finding someone to fill my space.
