The one available 1st floor double room is fully furnished for the use of a working professional. A kitchen/diner is shared between three tenants. The two current tenants are super easy going, considerate, adventurous and lovely, making it a relaxed environment. There's a shared courtyard and good washing line for sunnier days and a workshop to store cycling bikes. Parking outside is free.
There is a bath/shower room with toilet and cupboard washer/dryer. A live-in landlady, her boyfriend & cat are based on the ground-floor.
No deposit required, just two references - employer and previous landlord.
