Housemate Wanted :-)

I have a room available in Efford. It's a double room in a 2 bedroom house (so you'll only be sharing with one person - me!) In a quiet cul-de-sac, close to shops & has a private parking space (I don't drive, so all yours if you do!)
It's also only a 5 minute drive from town and takes about 10 minutes on a bus.
The house has a spacious front room with patio doors to a back garden (sun trap in the summer!), kitchen with cooker, washing machine etc.
Bathroom upstairs with over the bath shower.
There is also a loft should you need to store anything :-)
The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference (I know some prefer bringing their own bed etc). If you would like it furnished, there will be a double bed, wardrobe & bedside cabinet. There is also shelving in the room.
About me: I'm a professional 33 year old female. I am fun & bubbly and enjoy life. I am quite quiet during the week and enjoy chilling out in the evenings. I do like a few drinks over a weekend & will either be out, at a friends, or have friends over on a Friday or Saturday night.
I have two cats. No need to worry though, they are well behaved, house trained and go out during the day. As long as they have food & water down, they are happy!
I'm really easy to live with as I'm quite chilled out, clean, tidy and respectful of personal space.
I smoke but not in the house.
Potential housemate: Someone similar to me would be great. You must be clean, tidy & respectful... And obviously not mind cats! Someone who is in full time employment as I won't accept DSS payments.
Please let me know if you would like to come round and view the room / meet me. I think it's important to get the right person so I'm not in a massive hurry but it will be available from the beginning of May.
