Your current housemates are friendly young women and both work full time Mon - Fri, 9 - 5pm.
We are looking to share with similar ages between 25 - 45. We are sociable but looking for quiet and clean housemates - no party animals please.

There is on-street permit parking and bus services. The house includes gas central heating and unlimited WiFi, washing machine, microwave, tumble dryer, t. v, and there is a shared spacious lounge and a large kitchen/diner. The modern large bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

Would ideally suit a professional friendly person no couples.

We have a few simple house rules - including simple cleaning of the areas you use, no pets, no smoking.

Deposit £260 plus £370 rent in advance (paid by monthly standing order) and references required. Bills included, No agent's fees.
