Double room in friendly share!!

Hi there,

I'm looking to build up a group of friendly professionals to share a house in Ford. There is four of us now but one is moving out soon so there'll be space for one more.
So its newly refurbished with amenities close by, such as three supermarkets, cash point, pharmacy, take-aways and other local shops.

There is already three people living here and two little dogs! They're friendly and no fuss.

Free on road parking and bus stop at the end of the road, its close to Central Park as well. Access to A38 is also conveniently near by. I also have a secure store for push bikes.

The room is a double with small desk/dressing table, triple wardrobe and chest of drawers. If you needed more storage space there is a fully boarded out loft with large fold out access ladder.

There is a full bathroom, then a separate shower room and another seperate toilet as well to alleviate early morning queues!! These are shared between three as I have my own en suite.

There is wireless internet and SKY TV in the lounge. There is also a TV aerial point in each room in case you want to have a Freeview TV.
