House has a spacious living area, dining room, kitchen, washer and dryer, parking for two cars (including my own), bathroom with bath and shower and is fully furnished throughout.

Security deposit is already paid. Landlord may request references. Rent/bills price is an average estimate and does not include council tax.

My daughter will be staying some weekends, so must be OK with children. However, more than happy to clear out with a bit of notice if you wanted to have a party or something like that :)
