We have a large double room with double bed. Stunning victorian house. WORKING PROFESSIONALS ONLY. This is a young, professional, furnished,
5-bed shared house at Lipson Avenue, PL4. Friendly atmosphere. There are currently 3 professionals living in the house, ages ranging from 22-30 years old. This house is truly not to be missed!

There are two shower rooms, one on each floor. Communal room/kitchen. Cooker, fridge freezer, additional freezer & fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer. Double-glazed. Gas central heating.

Bills included: water rates, Virgin 200MB cable broadband, communal freeview TV, gas, electric & council tax.

Rooms come with carpet & curtains/blinds, bed & mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair and own tv aerial point. Decorated in neutral colours.

The house is an older type of property. Classic 1930's with lots of original features like ceiling covings, fireplaces, staircase, etc. There's also a sunny rear courtyard area.

The house works well in terms of sharing space and facilities, and communal use of the breakfast room.

There is no lock-in period on the tenancy but a minimum of 6 months commitment is preferred. We do insist that rent is paid monthly, in advance by standing order.

Lipson is a good, quiet, residential area, but it’s only a few minutes walk to Mutley Plain, which has a lively nightlife and a wide range of shops, banks. There’s also a bus stop two minutes walk, if needed. It’s a very handy location for access to the City Centre, to Derriford Hospital & Business Parks, and close to the main A38 Devon Expressway route.

Parking is on the street, no restrictions, no permits.
