Responsible couples (or single person who wants private living space) wanted to rent double bedroom and private living room (all inclusive bills) in stunning, elegantly refurbished apartment with permit parking for £25 per year, prime location, 5 min walk to the university and city centre. There is a shared hallway, kitchen and bathroom.
1. Upstairs space: Has a two rooms, large double and the second a private living room and separate eating area. In total this will be £550 per couple/ (single person) all inclusive of bills.

2. Downstairs space: Has double bedroom and private large living room. Exquisitely decorated and furnished. In total this will be £650 per couple/(single person) all inclusive of bills.

Ideally looking for responsible people to look after the apartment and treat it respectfully. All rooms are furnished and include gas central heating.
The apartment is beautifully furnished to a high standard. With all mod cons: wi-fi, TV, washing machine/dryer etc. Rent includes all utilities, broadband and council tax. Deposit required and 1 month rent in advance.
