Room is furnished with a double futon bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and shelving plus flat screen tv and dvd player- bathroom with over bath electric shower alongside. Rent includes all bills. Use of shared kitchen and conservatory diner. There is parking available on our drive and a garage which can be used for additional storage. We have two cats and our son who lives with us. Sorry, no DSS, professional person only.
