Ensuite, double room in warm, friendly house. Would suit quiet, mature professional male.

The room has recently been refurbished and has its own shower room and washbasin. It has also been newly furnished.

There is a large well equipped kitchen/living area plus a further lounge. There is also a garden/patio area and easy parking.

The house is strictly non smoking, situated in a quiet residential area, close to the Park and Ride and within easy walking distance of local amenities. It is about a 10/15 min walk from Derriford Hospital.

Gas central heating, broadband, cable TV and all bills, are included.

The other housemates are all professional mature males with demanding jobs so we are looking for someone similar who is quiet and will respect the property and the others living there.
