Sowton Park and ride is just 10 mins. Cranbrook train station is just a short car journey / bus ride away

Parking on street advertised, but it is in a dead end road so very little traffic, and there is parking in front the house.

Chinese restaurant and takeaway 1 min walk, Take Away delivery available from Indian restaurant & Dominoes pizza. There is a Local shop and several decent pubs nearby.
I am looking for some one fairly relaxed and willing to do their fair share around the house to keep it clean and tidy and if they want to, share the occasional evening with a Beer, glass of wine or even few games of pool etc.
