Large en-suite room available in lovely quiet cottage in friendly village. I am a retired college lecturer and professional artist and share the house with small very friendly dog. The room has a double bed, desk, tv and broadband and plenty of storage and its own shower and loo. Shared kitchen facilities with own fridge. The house is a no-smoking zone. A professional person who is looking for somewhere to ‘tide them over’ between locations would be preferred. Nearby car parking available, and there is bus service to Exeter, with good train service from nearby Crediton. The village has two great pubs and a community shop. Rent £450 pcm, all bills and council tax contribution included. Reduction for five day let if needed.
