Due to my current lodger of 4years having bought her own place, I now have a furnished double room available. All bills included and successful tenant will have their own parking space. For those who don't drive, there is a bus stop literally meters away.
I have an elderly dog who is very friendly and laid back. It is therefore important that the successful tenant is comfortable around dogs.
Room is available for long or short term. Conditions of tenancy, including fee are negotiable for the right person.
