20 mins from Exeter Airport

We have a large room to let in our spacious 6 bed Edwardian house. The room is a very generous size and has an armchair, double bed, desk and a range of wardrobes, drawers etc. There is an en-suite shower room and external door. We are one mile from the seafront and have a sauna, fish pond and garden. (Also an allotment)
Other occupants are male graduates aged 22 (Maths) and 23 (Business). Their interests are mainly watersports (surfing/kayaking/windsurfing) , cycling and extreme eating. Third male (21) arriving from Greece in October (watersports instructor). All friendly, sociable, clean and tidy.

Husband is a Landscape Architect who has just completed a 3, 500 mile solo cycle trip to Norway and I'm an English Language tutor who can't ride a bike. We have had many lodgers in the past and our current lodger is happy to chat to prospective ones.
