The house is a 17th century farmhouse with over 1700 sq ft including a living room, large kitchen, Sky TV & broadband/WiFi. There's a weekly cleaner included for the communal areas (and bedrooms by separate arrangement).

There is some furniture in the house with ample kitchen storage, three fridge-freezers and a dishwasher. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 are en suite), a large kitchen one living room with 49” flat screen with Sky TV (Sky & BT Sports) and a quiet living room. There is a patio garden, lots of parking and 2 garages (for storage). The house is in a quiet location.

The current housemates are looking for housemates who are after a long term home on a single occupancy - no couples.

As the landlord I'm looking for someone trustworthy and reliable.

Rent is paid monthly in advance and a deposit is needed (which will be correctly protected).

Bills are included in the rent and this even includes Sky TV with Sky Sports & BT Sports plus Unlimited Sky Broadband. This is a well run house with British Gas HomeCare covering the heating, electrics and plumbing there (paid for by me). The rent includes a cleaner every week to do the communal areas.
