I've a furnished double room for single occupancy in a large Victorian terraced house in St Budeaux, Plymouth. This will be a house share with myself, my partner and one other tenant. Amenities included - sky, broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, dishwasher, shower room. There is an outside "yard" area which can be used for BBQs etc. Plenty of on-street parking. 5 minute walk from bus stops and St Budeaux train connection. There is a lounge, breakfast room, dining room, kitchen, shower room and also loft space should you need to store any items. The house is currently undergoing minor renovation hence reduced rent.
