Lovely quiet room

Hello,

I have a spare room in my end of terrace cottage that I would like to rent out to a single professional person. The room is furnished at the moment and is big enough for a double bed and some small furniture. It has a nice window and light. The rest of the house has a nice sized sitting room, small bathroom and kitchen. If you wanted to bring your own furniture, we could discuss this.

The house is situated on a quiet road so it’s always peaceful. The estuary is very close with some lovely walking and views. The house is also directly on the cycle path so you can cycle to Exeter and Dawlish easily. There is a bus station and train station within 5 minutes walking distance.

The house has a small courtyard which gets some lovely sun in the afternoon. I also have an allotment in the village which you are welcome to use if you wanted.

I work as a nurse at Exeter hospital. I am often out working or playing, but sometimes I work night shifts. This means that sometimes I am asleep during the day which means I appreciate that the house is quiet so I can get rest to go to work.

I am looking for a friendly person to share my house with. I am active and love cycling, running and surfing. I am also learning how to sail at the moment. I grow my own veggies and love the outdoors. I often go to Dawlish beach (10 minutes away) to swim in the sea and I have a topper sailing boat in the local boat club.
