15min walk to town. Supermarkets and shops 5 min walk. 1 min to Devils Point, Royal William Yard and Cremyll Ferry.

Im a 28 year old mature female student in full time work. I Fell in love with this house and area but current flat mate has to move on in July.
Im looking for someone who can take the room on for a decent period of time. Must be working and clean and considerate.
