Hi everyone!

We Are Ali and Georgia we are looking for a friendly new addition to our home.

Our maisonette is situated on the very picturesque Durnford street, right next to Royal William yard and the Cremyll ferry to get over to Cornwall (great for lovely walks). Down the street is also a tennis club and a little beach, perfect for anyone loves the sea, sport and having some great restaurants close by. Getting into the city centre is about a 30min walk or there are regular buses, we also have on street parking.

The house its self is a lovely Georgian terrace full of original fireplaces (not working sadly), very bright, with two balconies which overlook our neighbours very pretty gardens. There is a big sitting room and dining room with the kitchen open-plan off that so really handy for having people over for dinner etc. The room is a good sized single, really light and you could fit a small double bed in if need be.

Rent is £200- but with an added extra £100 pcm to cover bills.

We would love to find a friendly, respectful person who is looking to make a new home. It is nice and peaceful here, but if you appreciate and bit of a tea (or wine) and chat after a work day that'd be great! It's quite a musical/arty house.
