Double room to rent in lovely house in Topsham

I have a double room to rent in a lovely house in topsham, close to the city centre. There are frequent buses and trains to Exeter and Exmouth, maximum 3 stops from the city centre.

I am a live in landlord and am a mature student who works 2 jobs alongside studying and so I don't spend much time at the house. I am outgoing and friendly and very clean and like the house to be kept tidy.

I do have a cat, she's quite fat and lazy and mostly sleeps all day so won't bother you.

There is a shared living room, kitchen/dining room, utility room with fridge/freezer and washing machine and a small back garden. The room is a double and has a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

It is a 3 bedroom house but only myself and one other prospective tenant will occupy the house.

A friendly and tidy lodger is preferred and someone fairly outgoing. You would be responsible for a third share of the utility bills. Virgin TV and broadband included.

The room is available from mid September (start date can be discussed).
