Double Bedroom with Garden View, with some storage

The room is on the ground floor and has a large window, overlooking the garden at the back of the house., and is not overlooked.
It has storage space under the stair space within the bedroom. The bathroom is opposite, across the landing and is shared my me.
It is part furnished with a double bed, drawers and bedside table, if you would like a desk also can be arranged, equally if you had your own stuff things can be removed.
There is shared use of the galley kitchen and living room with a fireplace, and large garden.
I have a garage where it is possible to store a bike, and more storage with some small extra cost, can be negotiated.
There is parking on the road at no cost, and a driveway in case you need drop things off.
I have a young cat, that has access to house via cat flap.
I'm open to a small dog, as a lodger's pet. But another cat would not work.
I work part time so would be here half the time, and sometimes work on Saturdays. I have my room upstairs, so we are pretty separate to have our own space. I would prefer someone who doesn't work from home, otherwise you would be there more than myself.
And would like to discuss visitors staying in advance. Otherwise I enjoy shared living, shared meals and evenings, with some shared interests, film, TV, games.
If you like gardening all the more welcome, and I always need a hand there, but no pressure.
