Single room to let - interesting proposal

I have a single room to rent in my three bedroom house in which you will share with myself, a 26 yo professional male and a 21 yo student.

This is a potentially perfect opportunity for the right person. I have reduced the rent to £250 pm inclusive of bills (£150 rent and £100 bills) as it is a unique situation. I have recently split with my long term partner and am left looking after a small Pomeranian, Billy, who is very docile, housetrained, easy to look after etc. I work 4 days a week and can find someone to look after him, I thought however that for the right person who loves dogs I would reduce the rent for our single room on the proviso that they look after him for 2-4 days a week.

This would suit a part-time person who enjoys a good work-life balance or works on projects in their spare time or it might suit a student who works from home a lot. It might suit someone who loves dogs but their current situation doesn't allow them to keep one.

We would prefer someone of a similar age and temperament.

The house is spacious, tidy and friendly, we have a huge 70ft garden, which will be excellent in the summer for BBQs and sunbathing etc. We also have a large veg patch.

The house is fully furnished with everything you will need, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, bedroom furniture.

Buses go to town every 10 minutes from right outside the door.

I am a live in landlord and certain expectations with regards cleanliness etc but am quite flexible and willing to listen to individual people's situations, so if you are interested but want to discuss something then please get in touch.
