Large attic room (7 X 5m) to rent in a 3 bed cottage in Yealmpton with young professionals £450 all bills inc aiming to move in around the 3rd of September 2017. Looking for a single occupancy tenant.

Furnished room available in a 3 bed cottage in yealmpton. Monthly rent of £450 includes gas, electric, water, sewage, council tax and broadband (all bills). No deposit or references are required.

The contract will be a 6 month rolling contract (aka if you want to stay after 6 months, then that's great, but if you want to move somewhere else then you have the flexibility to do so).
The cottage is opposite a bus route into Plymouth centre, driving takes around 10-15 mins. Also close to the A38 (the road next to the house leads directly onto the A38 and it is only 5 mins away). There is loads of parking near the house owing to it being a village.

The cottage is beautiful and has underfloor heating, a woodburner, powershower, a washer-dryer, large garden with a pizza oven and built in stone bbq, a big range cooker for those Sunday Roasts and the broadband is really strong. The room is approximately 7X5m and also has a separate area beneath the stairs leading up to the room for clothes storage. The room has a Kingsize bed, view of the stars / sky when lying down in bed and a comfy sofa.

In-terms of us...
We moved to the Cayman Islands in September 2016. Another room is being let by Rosie who has been here since April 2015 and the third room is rent by Kelli since Jan 2017.
Both love socialising, healthy living, watching films, Beach BBQs and lots of Watersports (Bantham beach is only 20 minutes away) occasionally going for a drink. Rosie has a very affectionate puppy who is always after cuddles.
