I'm a 26 yr old retail manager, just setting up in Bournemouth and looking for a flat mate who is considerate but will join me for a laugh and a drink in the evenings. I lead a busy social life, but when I'm home I like to kick my shoes off and put my feet up. So if you want to join me then that would be perfect.
The flat is very spacious and recently decorated and furnished. I have a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed and tv in your room. The living room is large with two new sofas, so plenty of room for us and friends to hang out.
The bathroom is going to be redone in the near future, which will help modernise the flat.
