Hi, we're looking for an easy-going housemate who needs a nice and friendly place to live.

We have a fully furnished, bright, and newly refurbished double room available. All bills are included (gas, electricity, council tax, internet etc) and we also have 200mb+ superfast broadband, Netflix HD etc.

The house is close to the train station and approx 5 mins drive to the beach. There's a wardrobe, several cabinets and storage available under the bed. There's also plenty of storage around the house if you need more. Alternatively there's a spare desk that can be added to the room if needed. Outside the house, there is free parking along the whole road and roads nearby.

We're a chilled and friendly household of young professionals, lovers of cooking, watersports, getting outdoors, movie nights, fitness, and the beach! We also like to do stuff as a house every so often (BBQs, firepits, beach, cheese & wine, brunches etc)
