Large kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, 3 fridges 2 freezers, washing machine cooker etc comfortable lounge with tv dvd. Broadband. Parking on road available. Centrally heated. Friendly household, share with 4 other professionals in early to mid twenties. All rooms have wash basin and storage space. All bills included ie gas electric, water rates & tv licence. Rent specified is for single occupancy if 2 people sharing double room, rent would be £450pcm (this covers cost of utility bills etc. .
Would prefer rent to be paid monthly by standing order but willing to be flexible on arrangements. Have photos that I can send on request
