Room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and wall-mounted storage units.

Full use of kitchen, bathroom, lounge/diner and garden.

Parking is plentiful in surrounding roads.

Hide in your room or chill in the lounge with us, it's your choice, we will respect your privacy as you will respect ours. As long as you have a sense of humour, pay the rent on time, clear up your mess and don't burn the house down, we're sure this is the start of something magical!

Must like dog kisses (low allergy breeds).

No smoking in the house, but in the garden is ok.

Close to Bournemouth University Talbot campus, bus routes, within walking distance of takeaways, restaurants, chemist, Drs surgery, Aldi, Tesco, pub and Post Office.
