3 bed maisonette next to high street and beach!

Hi. I have a large double bedroom to rent in my 3 bed maisonette flat. There's me, my pup Boo, and Gil my lovely housemate. It's five mins walk from Southbourne high street and three minutes to the beach. I have internet, Netflix and Amazon prime. I've attached pics.

I graduated as a physiotherapist in 2022 at BU uni and before that worked abroad as a watersports instructor and in ski resorts for eleven years. I'm easy-going, a little silly, and pretty sociable. I have a little cockapoo named Boo who is the friendliest pup, and a lovely flat mate called Gil. Between us we're into yoga, running and gym, nice walks, watersports, nice meals together, movie nights, and a couple of drinks in a cozy pub :)

Looking for a lovely female who's also easygoing, sociable, loves dogs and cleans up after themselves. Don't mind a smoker but not inside the flat.

Cleaning is shared between housemates.
