Double Room In A Quiet Location

I am a working professional. I am an Aerospace Engineer working for an Aviation Industry here in Bournemouth. I am a quiet and easygoing guy. I respect other’s privacy but also down for a chat if you like.

I have 1 double room available from 21/06/2024.

Bedroom is furnished with a Bed, Simba Mattress, 2 Side Tables, a Writing Table, a Chair and a Wardrobe. Bedroom door is fitted with a lock and keys are provided.

I am using en-suite master bedroom so there is a full bathroom to be shared between you and the other person. there is also a W/C downstairs. The other person is a male (engineer). So it will be only 3 people in total in the house including me. I am mostly busy with work and you will hardly see me around in the house.

There is an air-fryer, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster in the kitchen. Private cabinet is provided in the kitchen area for your use.

There is a bus stop in a walking distance that connects to Bournemouth University, Bournemouth Town Centre and Wimborne.

I am looking for a professional who is neat and tidy.
