Private Room & Lounge in Throop

I have a double bedroom and private lounge for rent in my shared home.

I am a working professional, non smoker with a house mate who works in the NHS. I am looking for someone who is working professional looking to obtain a minimum 6 month lease.

At present the room can be let furnished or unfurnished. My home is in Throop/ Muscliff and is on the direct bus route for Castle point, the hospital, JP Morgan, Bournemouth town centre and Poole. It is in a quiet area, with parking on the drive, with brisk 10 minute walk you’ll find yourself at Throop Mill, which is a lovely walk.

Garden is south facing, which is communal.

Room is available on a minimum 6 month lease.
