There are two lovely cats, quite and they come in and go out of the property, usually out.

The room has a shared bathroom and toilet, WIFI, and large modern communal living room and kitchen with cupboard spaces and free utensils.
There is a garden with decking and plenty of space and chairs, table to relax.

Bus stop outside the property, as well as connivence shops, and Winton town not far away.

Looking for ideally professionals, will consider students on individual basis, bills are all included, and a cleaner visits every two weeks.
