Hi, I’ll be away for 3 weeks and my flat is going to be empty.
It’s available 10th June-30th June 2024.
No Deposit required, just full rent has to be payed in advance. Price of rent maybe negotiable (but keep in mind bills are included, water, gas, electricity and WiFi)
The flat is on 4th floor, has double bed (very comfy), has big hot shower, smart TV, modern kitchen, bike storage. Super clean, cozy, and cute- perfect for summer get away or if you just need a place to stay for few weeks. It’s located in Bournemouth Town Centre and just 5min walk from the beach!
