Hello, I'm Louise I'm 28 and work full time. I am looking for a clean, reliable housemate to share with around 25-35 and a working professional.
6 month contract.
Furnished double room available in 2 bed flat on Christchurch Road.
Opposite Boscombe gardens - nice view and there's mini golf and the gardens go straight down to the beach!
Short walk into Boscombe center, or Lansdown. Bus stops just outside.
Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room with a balcony.
Parking available on roads at the side of the building/ small guest car park off the road.
Sorry no smoking contract and no students.
£300/ month plus bills. (Has been around £390-400 with council tax and general bills)
